What is your Shipping Policy?
I currently shipping in the US and internationally! All orders are packed and shipped from my home base, Los Angeles, CA, with USPS & UPS. Your order is handled with absolute care - all products are well-packed and presented to ensure that all orders will arrive safely. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track and trace the order! Please kindly note, I do not accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of my control.
LA pick up is available from my home studio in West LA! Please DM/email me beforehand to arrange a suitable time to collect your pieces.

US Shipping
All shipments within the US are tracked, and shipped with UPS and USPS. Estimated delivery time is typically within 5-7 business days.
International Shipping
Tracked shipping is available to 40 countries around the world! Please bear in mind that you may be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country.
Where is my order? When will my order ship?
Once your payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number once it is mailed out! Processing time usually takes 2-3 days. Expected delivery 5-7 days after it's shipped! If you have any issues feel free to email me!

Do you do local pick-ups in LA?
Yes! Studio pick-up is available from my pottery studio in West LA! Please dm/email me beforehand to arrange a suitable time to collect your pieces.

What is your Return & Refund Policy?
Each ceramic piece is made with love in my LA studio! These pieces are handmade and may have unique imperfections or glaze drips and runs that I like to call "kisses from the Kiln Gods". We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged upon arrival. In the unfortunate event that an item is blemished during transport, please reach out to us at artbycruzcreations@gmail.com with details of the product and we will work out the best solution for you! If the package is lost during transportation or if package arrives damaged, we will issue 100% refund (or full amount we can get from the insurance company).
Please kindly note all purchases are final, and please read our Pottery Care Instructions to make sure your functional ceramic pieces last for as long as possible. :)

Pottery Care Instructions
Each ceramic piece is made with love here in my at-home studio in LA! They are fired at Cone 5/6 & are durable and should last you for a really long time. However, since they are handmade and pieces of functional art, I encourage you to read the following care instructions to make sure your ceramic pieces last for as long as possible:
- All mugs are dishwasher safe, but I highly recommend hand-washing to maintain the longevity of your ceramic pieces.
- Mugs & Bowls are microwaveable safe
- To avoid cracking caused by thermal shock (especially in the winter), pre-warm your mugs by filling them with hot tap water and wait for a minute before adding boiling water.
Jewelry Care Instructions
- Avoid contact with water, perfume and other chemicals
- Take jewelry off when showering, bathing, swimming and exercising
- Store pieces separately to avoid damage
- Treat them with love and care!
